Krav Maga

Jericho's unique program will introduce you to essential techniques designed to effectively divert, disarm, and disengage from threats using Israeli Krav Maga. This program is tailored for beginners and advanced individuals alike 16 years old and up. Register now, and experience new ways to stay fit while learning a new skill.

  • 6:00pm - 7:00pm: Fundamentals
  • 7:00pm - 8:00pm: Technique & Combatives

Prerequisite

  • Students must be 16+
  • No Prerequisite

Required Equipment

  • Please wear comfortable gym clothing, closed shoes (no flip flops or sandals)
