This Seminar is designed for organizations that aim to improve their ability in loss mitigation and proper response for an active shooter/active killer incident. Following the increase in active shooter incidents world-wide, Jericho has decided to incorporate this training to assist firms to understand the mindset of the active shooter and ways to handle a situation of this kind. In this seminar, we will concentrate on the importance of good decision making by all staff members following the guidelines of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Israeli-based principles. In order to properly maintain a high standard of preparedness, Jericho recommends that trainees will attend this class at least once a year. This session will be led by Jericho's owner, Former Israeli Secret Service Special Agent, Adir Rafael.
